Vitality is the programme that rewards you for working toward a healthy you! We’ll recommend a range of healthy activities that are personalized to you, and we’ll support you in becoming a healthier, stronger, best version of yourself. And the best part? Healthy actions are rewarded to help you stay motivated. Read more to find out how it works!

Rewards

Let’s start with the good stuff – the rewards! Vitality believes that we are more likely to do something when we’re rewarded for it. So, we have several rewards waiting for you!

As you complete healthy activities, you have the potential to win easily redeemable gift cards. The way this works is that when you complete the activities, you earn spins on the Vitality Wheel. Spin the wheel to win coins, and as your coins accumulate, you’ll receive gift cards! Spin to win right away though, as wheel spins expire 30 days from the date they are awarded.

Also, when you engage in physical activity, you could earn the cost of your Apple Watch back, in cash! And you can earn you up to a 50% discount on hotel accommodations through Hotels.com!

All your completed activities will also earn you Vitality points. And we probably don’t have to tell you this – but in case you didn’t know, the more Vitality points you have, the higher your Vitality status. And the higher your Vitality status, the greater your rewards!

Activities

Vitality activities are personalized to you and designed to help you become healthier. They fall into two categories: “Weekly goals” and “More activities”. Weekly goals start each Monday and end each Sunday. There are 2 types of weekly goals:

  • Get active goals: Being physically active is the crux to any person’s health journey, and we want to help you reach your potential by providing this weekly goal, which adjusts to your current and potential activity level. These goals are automatically tracked via a device or app supported by Vitality.
  • Lifestyle goals: You’ll be asked to set a goal based on 3 options each week. Options are based on your preferences, along with your current state of health and past participation. These goals are designed to support you in living a healthy lifestyle so that you can become a stronger, healthier you! Goal progress is automatically tracked or self-reported. Specific and simple instructions will be given when you select the goal.
    • To complete “get active” and “lifestyle” goals that are automatically tracked via a device or supported app, be sure that you are connected and logging in frequently to sync data.

Vitality offers additional activities beyond weekly goals labeled More activities. Activity types vary and are personalized to you based on your health history and past participation. You may find new activities are added throughout the year. Also, some activities may expire if you don’t complete them in time, so make sure to look at the expiration date.
