Want to earn points and maximize your rewards with little effort? Link your fitness devices and apps to Vitality, and your completed activities and data will automatically be synced to Vitality!

Let’s start with learning how to get points for your daily physical activity and workouts. Vitality rewards points for the steps or average heart rate that is recorded on a compatible fitness device. As you exercise using the compatible device, the data is tracked and automatically sent to us. We recognize a wide range of fitness devices and apps that track steps and/or heart rate, including: Garmin, Fitbit, Suunto, Withings, Polar, iHealth, Apple Health app, Samsung S Health app and Google Fit health app. 

Once you have a compatible device or app, link it to the Vitality app. Go and get some exercise! Lastly, sync your data by logging into the Vitality app regularly. We recommend you make it a routine to log into the Vitality app every Monday – that way you can sync your data, view your progress and get your weekly get active goal all at once.
